School has officially begun, and you are just starting to get into the swing of things. But then you realize that on top of all the other activities you have going on, you have to add house hunting to your to-do list.

Some students say that midterms and finals are the most stressful part of the year, but others will claim that finding an apartment ranks abfove all else on the stress-o-meter. Keep your stress levels low, and read our list of the top 10 landlords for Slippery Rock apartments.

The Heights at Slippery Rock

Coming in hot at the top of our list is The Heights at Slippery Rock—we’re sure this doesn’t come as a surprise to most people based on the extensive list of amenities and friendly staff. Who has time to go to class, walk to the gym, go to the tanning salon, and then go home and do their homework? Not many people. Lucky for you, The Heights is not only close to campus, but it also has a fitness center and unlimited tanning located on the property!

There are always those days when you just don’t feel like walking to class. Well, you don’t have to if you live here; there’s a shuttle right to campus for those of us that can’t seem to get that pep in our step. With 24-hour emergency maintenance, there’s no need to worry about having to deal with an overflowing toilet all night. Don’t just take our word for it, here’s what one resident had to say:

“The Heights is an amazing place to live and visit at all times of the year. There are constant events going on to suit every resident’s desires that are managed by a hard working staff. From personal experience, a staff member named Nicole went above and beyond in order to make sure my time at the heights was well spent. Great price, great community, and great service!”

Ivy Apartments

While having tons of amenities is a great thing, nothing beats having an incredible staff that takes care of their residents, and that’s what makes the Ivy so great. On top of having a great staff, the apartments here are spacious and allow residents to relax and stretch out after sitting in confining desks all day.

Having personal space is something everyone is looking for after being stuck in a tiny dorm with another person for the better part of a year. If you’re looking for a friendly face and some room to stretch your legs, the Ivy Apartments might be the place for you.

Campus Side Apartments

There’s nothing better when you’re a college student than having both classes and errands within walking distance of where you live. Pennsylvania winters can be brutal, so the fact that you don’t have to leave your apartment complex to go to the gym or go tanning makes winter a little more bearable. And having your apartment building within a short walk from campus keeps the risk of getting to class looking the abominable snowman a little lower. An amazing staff tops the list of things that make the Campus Side Apartments so great. One student said:

“Living at Campus Side has been a great experience. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond the call of duty. The prices are reasonable, and it’s close to campus and all the major apartment complexes’. I would recommend it to any college student!”
