  1. At Home Properties (4.7)

In our number one spot, we have At Home Properties, a company that owns a variety of properties with a strong reputation for fast maintenance and great customer service for their tenants. Some awesome features offered by select properties include things like parking options, paid utilities, new appliances, fireplaces, and on-site laundry facilities, among tons of other amenities.

  1. The Park at Fifth Street (4.6)

The Park at Fifth Street earns our number two spot by offering a variety of floorplans, as well as some great amenities, such as an outdoor pool, on-site parking, laundry facilities, and dishwashers. So not only do you now have room to have more than two bowls, you have a dishwasher to wash everything. How awesome is that?!

  1. Oak Vale Apartments (4.4)

Coming in at number three on the list is Oak Vale Apartments, located minutes from campus. Offering a flexible pet policy, paid utilities, an outdoor basketball court, walking paths, and on-site management, it’s easy to see why they’re rated so highly by students.

  1. Briar Ridge Apartments (3.9)

Briar Ridge is a sister property to Oak Park Apartments, which also made this list (see number 6), and they clearly earned their spots – both offer 24-hour emergency maintenance and extra storage, among other things. Briar Ridge takes a slightly higher rating by having covered parking, an exercise and weight room, a swimming pool with a sun deck and a spa, and a community center.

  1. Paragon Realty (3.9)

Our number five spot goes to Paragon Realty, a company that owns a bunch of different kinds of homes around the Corvallis area. No matter your budget or taste, they have something for you! Various amenities that are dependent on location include flexible pet policies, garage parking, in-unit washers and dryers, patios, fireplaces, new appliances, etc. – if you’re looking for a particular feature, you’ll be able to find it in one of Paragon’s properties!

  1. Oak Park Apartments (3.8)

As previously mentioned, Oak Park Apartments are owned by the same company as Briar Ridge, earning a 3.8 rating by offering some awesome amenities like a free shuttle to OSU, off-street parking private entrances as well as patios or decks on each apartment, and washers and dryers in unit. (Also, don’t forget – they have 24-hour emergency maintenance and extra storage, too!)

  1. Grand Oaks Apartments (3.7)

Number seven, Grand Oaks Apartments, focus on making their awesome apartments feel more like living in a resort. How do they achieve that feeling? Amenities! With an open pet policy, swimming pool and spa, fitness center, coffee lounge, game room, clubhouse, free access to tanning beds, business center, media room, covered parking, and free wi-fi, you can see how this would definitely start to feel like living in a hotel. Another student-living community that strives to have a resort-style feel is The Union, which is number 8 on our list. Offering fully furnished units that come with washers and dryers in unit as well as community gardens, study rooms, a bocce ball court and horseshoe pit, monthly events and activities, coffee bar, as well as security features, the Union totally earns its spot on this list!

Number nine is Park West Apartments, which are located just blocks from campus as well as downtown Corvallis, which has tons of shopping and dining options.
