The average college student has a lot of tough choices to make: Deciding which bio lecture to take, selecting which fraternity/sorority they want to pledge too, and even choosing which filter is right for that 2 a.m. Snapchat headed back home towards an ex.
All these choices might be important to the college lifestyle, but none of them can make or break your experience like choosing where to live off campus.
To make that choice a little easier for students at Bowling Green State University, we’ve decided to run through a list of property management companies and apartments in Bowling Green around campus. We searched through Google maps and have selected the top five based on their star rankings and pulled out a few choice reviews for your reading pleasure.
Oh, and by the way, choose the dog filter.

“After living here for only 3 short months, I already plan to renew my lease for the next year! What really sold me was having my own bathroom! The gym and pool are never too busy and I love that the hottub is open year round. The office does such a great job with roommate matching. I was skeptical at first, but my roommates have become some of my best friends. The staff there is extremely nice and is always there when I need questions answered! Thank you Falcon’s Pointe for making my time here in BG a home away from home!”

“A GREAT place to rent in Bowling Green. They have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We had a few minor problems with the house we were renting and they always called maintenance to come look at the problem right away. Maintenance came within the same day or next day. We are currently renting through them and already planned to rent through them for the next year. I would highly recommend them to anybody interested in renting in Bowling Green.”

“I have lived here almost a year now and really like it! Tons of open space and grass. Very pet friendly and love the location. It feels safe and homey. Maintenance is wonderful and has come out on weekends and after hours to fix things for me.”

Our Favorite Review
“Living at The Edge has been such a great experience so far. I am thrilled that any time I need help with something, such as a work-order getting done for anything broken in my apartment, it is done in a very timely fashion. The Edge has cookouts for their residents, pool parties, bonfires, etc. Most other apartment complexes do not take the time or spend the money to do this. Not only does The Edge make sure current residents are happy, they also are welcoming to guests who are not residents by letting them use the facilities with a current resident, such as the basketball court and pool. Overall, the service is definitely worth a 5/5 rating.”
