Thousands of students searching for houses and apartments near Penn State use CollegePads.com every year to find housing. Like many other campuses in the midwest and northeast, many students at Penn State start searching for housing in September and October for leases that start the following August.
This September was no different. Tons of students were reaching out to properties all month long – with many reaching out to houses. Most students reach out houses for rent in State College in these early days of the housing season. Competition is more intense and there are fewer prime locations available!
And these locations are prime. These houses were the five most contacted properties by students in the month of September, 2019. Quick preview: Atherton Street seems like the place to be!
